RFQs and settlement
An RFQ records the requirement but does not take payment or create a sale. Eligibility, availability and signed terms must be confirmed. Verify any payment-instruction change through an approved company contact.
Delivery and custody
Third-party delivery or custody remains subject to provider acceptance, fees, insurance, eligibility and separate terms.
Intellectual property
