How we work
One-off, recurring and refinery-specific requirements are assessed by the Dubai trade desk. An enquiry should identify the metal, producer, unit weight, quantity and intended completion route. The desk reviews those details before issuing commercial terms. The catalogue describes specifications; availability and quotation validity are confirmed for the individual requirement.
AML & Compliance
Corporate onboarding and applicable AML/KYC checks are completed before commercial acceptance. Buyers can review the onboarding information and trade process before submitting an enquiry.
