How information is used when you submit an RFQ or contact enquiry.
Data and purpose
Lotus RA receives the business, contact, product and fulfilment details entered in its forms. They are used to review and respond to enquiries, protect the service, meet legal duties and maintain an audit trail. Approved service providers may process this data.
A selected WhatsApp handoff contains the RFQ reference and non-sensitive requirement details. Do not send KYC, banking or settlement information through WhatsApp.
Retention and rights
Records are kept only as required for the request, compliance, legal duties and security. Contact the Dubai office to request access, correction or deletion, subject to retention obligations.
Security and transfers
Reasonable safeguards are applied. Providers may process data in other jurisdictions under their applicable contracts and protections.
