Dubai collection.
A collection enquiry identifies the proposed collection point, authorised collector, appointment process and release documents. The quotation should state when metal becomes available for release and which conditions must be satisfied first.
“Dubai collection” is not enough on its own. The exact point, timing, identification requirements, title-transfer terms and any handling charges must be confirmed for the transaction.
Delivery enquiry.
A delivery enquiry adds destination eligibility, logistics-provider scope, transport method, insurance responsibility, customs or import responsibilities where applicable, and evidence of receipt. These terms cannot be inferred from the metal price.
Provide the destination and required timing at the start of the RFQ. The trade desk can then determine whether a delivery route can be evaluated and which terms require confirmation by the relevant provider.
Third-party custody enquiry.
Custody is a separate service relationship. A market shown on a website does not imply that Lotus RA operates a vault or has committed capacity with a provider. Provider identity, onboarding, account structure, fees, insurance scope, bar-list reporting and release rules must be confirmed independently.
Buyers should decide whether they require allocated identification, a bar list, inspection rights, transfer procedures or a particular release instruction before accepting the commercial structure.
Information to include without sending sensitive documents.
The first enquiry should define the commercial requirement without transmitting identity documents, banking instructions or confidential KYC material through an informal channel. Secure document exchange can be arranged after the request has been reviewed.
